Setting Up Minimum Number of Subscriptions Before Cancellation

This guide will walk you through the steps to set up a feature that requires customers to purchase a minimum number of subscriptions before they can cancel their subscription.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Easy Subscriptions App:

  • On your Shopify dashboard, click on the Apps section.
  • Search for the Easy Subscriptions app and click to open it.

2. Navigate to Settings:

  • Once inside the Easy Subscriptions app, locate the Settings option in the app’s menu.
  • Click on Settings to access various configuration options.

3. Locate the Customer Portal Options:

  • In the Settings section, search for the Customer Portal options.
  • This area allows you to manage features that your customers can access through their dashboard.

4. Enable Subscription Cancellation Feature:

  • Within the Customer Portal settings, find the Subscription Cancellation option.
  • Toggle the option On to enable customers to cancel their subscriptions on their own from the Customer Dashboard.

5. Set Minimum Number of Orders Before Cancellation:

  • After enabling the Subscription Cancellation feature, a field will appear to enter the minimum number of orders a customer must purchase before they are allowed to cancel their subscription.
  • Enter the desired number in this field.

6. Save the Changes:

  • Once you have set the minimum order requirement, click on Save to apply and save the changes.
