Configuring Order and Customer Tags for Subscriptions
This guide will help you configure and enable tags for subscription orders and customers with active subscriptions in the Easy Subscriptions app. Tags make it easy to manage and organize your orders and customers by providing quick, identifiable markers for better workflow efficiency.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Easy Subscriptions App:
- Log in to your Shopify dashboard and go to the Apps section.
- Find and open the Easy Subscriptions app.
2. Navigate to Settings:
- Inside the Easy Subscriptions app, locate and click on the Settings option from the app menu.
3. Open Tag Settings:
- In the Settings section, search for Tags.
- Click on Tags to configure the tag settings.
4. Enable Tags for Subscription Orders:
- Enable Tag for Subscription Orders:
- Toggle the option On to apply tags for all orders containing subscription products.
- The default tag is easysubscription-order, which will be automatically added to any subscription order.
5. Enable Tags for Customers with Active Subscriptions:
- Enable Tag for Active Subscription Customers:
- Toggle the option On to apply tags for all customers with active subscription orders.
- The default tag is easysubscription-customer, which will automatically be applied to customers with an active subscription.
6. Enable Automated Tagging System:
- Automated Tagging System:
- Enable this option to automatically tag orders incrementally, with each new order receiving a unique, numbered tag for better tracking and organization.
7. Save Your Changes:
- After configuring the tag settings, click Save to apply your changes.
