Manage the customer portal
Step 1: Go to the “Settings” section in the Menu.
Step 2: Once you have selected “Settings,” you will see the option for the customer portal.
Step 3: Click on “Customer Portal,” and you will be presented with three options:
1. Pause and Resume Subscriptions: This allows customers to pause and resume their subscriptions. There is a toggle button to enable or disable this feature.
2. Subscription Cancellation: Customers can choose whether to allow cancellation of their subscriptions through this option. There is a corresponding button to access this functionality.
3. Skip Next Order: This option enables customers to skip their next order. There is a toggle button to enable or disable this feature.
