We’re excited to announce the release of Version 2.5.0 for Easy Subscription! This update includes a suite of powerful new features designed to enhance flexibility, streamline operations, and improve the subscription experience for merchants and customers alike.
What’s New?
  1. Bundle Swap Allow customers to easily swap items within their subscription bundles for increased flexibility and personalization.
  2. Bulk Shipping Method Manage and update shipping methods for multiple subscriptions at once, saving time and effort.
  3. Shipping Address (Admin) Admins can update the customer's shipping address within the app, ensuring accurate delivery information for subscriptions.
  4. Bulk Price Update Update subscription prices in bulk to accommodate pricing changes quickly and efficiently.
  5. Bulk Reschedule Reschedule subscription delivery dates for multiple customers simultaneously, simplifying time-sensitive adjustments.
  6. Time Zone Support The app will now operate according to the time zone set in the store's Shopify settings, ensuring all actions, such as renewals and notifications, align perfectly with the store's local time.
  7. Update Payment Method (Admin) Administrators can now send notifications to customers prompting them to update their card details, ensuring seamless payment processing for subscription renewals.
  8. Order Note Capture specific instructions or details for each subscription order with the new order note functionality.
How It Works:
  • Bundle Swap: Navigate to the Bundles section in the app and configure swap rules to allow customers to choose replacement products easily.
  • Bulk Shipping Method, Bulk Price Update, and Bulk Reschedule: Go to the Bulk Actions menu under Subscriptions. Select the action you want to perform, apply the changes to selected subscriptions, and save.
  • Shipping Address and Update Payment Method: Accessible via the Subscriptoinsl, empowering Admin to self-manage the subscription details.
Time Zone Support
  1. Auto-Detection: The app automatically detects and aligns with the time zone set in the store's Shopify settings.
  2. Time-Specific Actions: All time-dependent processes, such as subscription renewals, notifications, and reports, are now executed according to the store’s local time, ensuring consistency.
  • Order Note: Add customizable fields in the subscription checkout flow to collect detailed customer instructions or notes.
