This guide will walk you through the steps to set up a feature that requires customers to purchase a minimum number of subscriptions before they can cancel their subscription.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Access the Easy Subscriptions App:

- On your Shopify dashboard, click on the Apps section.
- Search for the Easy Subscriptions app and click to open it.
- Navigate to Settings:

- Once inside the Easy Subscriptions app, locate the Settings option in the app’s menu.
- Click on Settings to access various configuration options.
- Locate the Customer Portal Options:

- In the Settings section, search for the Customer Portal options.
- This area allows you to manage features that your customers can access through their dashboard.
- Enable Subscription Cancellation Feature:

- Within the Customer Portal settings, find the Subscription Cancellation option.
- Toggle the option On to enable customers to cancel their subscriptions on their own from the Customer Dashboard.
- Set Minimum Number of Orders Before Cancellation:

- After enabling the Subscription Cancellation feature, a field will appear to enter the minimum number of orders a customer must purchase before they are allowed to cancel their subscription.
- Enter the desired number in this field.
- Save the Changes:

- Once you have set the minimum order requirement, click on Save to apply and save the changes.
