Easy Subscription addresses this need by offering customizable customer portal permissions.
Steps to Customize Customer Portal Permissions
Step 1:Access Settings:
Navigate to the Settings section within the Easy Subscription dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Customer Portal:
Within the Settings menu, locate and click on the Customer Portal option.
Step 3: Manage Permissions:
In the Customer Portal settings, find the list of permissions available for customization.
Step 4: Select Permissions:
Review the available permissions and choose which actions customers should be allowed to take. The permissions typically include:
- Pause and Resume Subscriptions: Customers can temporarily suspend or reactivate their subscriptions.
- Subscription Cancellation: Customers can cancel their subscriptions entirely.
- Skip Next Order: Customers can opt to skip their upcoming subscription order.
