PLEASE READ THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
This is a contract between you (Affiliate) and us Easy Subscription App. It outlines how we will work together and other aspects of our business relationship.
The Affiliate Program Agreement governs your participation in our “Affiliate Program”, which you join by registering through Affiliate Partner Page. These terms are critical, and your acceptance in the Affiliate Program requires your acceptance of them.
We may revise these terms from time to time or replace them entirely if, for example, the Affiliate Program changes, ends, or merges with another program. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you can opt to terminate the agreement as outlined below.

1. Definitions
- “Easy Subscription Affiliates” are all stakeholders, including influencers, freelancers, Shopify partners, bloggers, experts, etc., who want to promote Easy Subscription in their own network.
- “Agreement” means this Affiliate Program Agreement and all materials referred to or linked to here.
- “Easy Subscription Content” means all information, data, text, messages, software, sound, music, video, photographs, graphics, images, and tags that we incorporate into our services.
- “We”, "us", "our" and "Easy Subscription" means Easy Subscription.
- “You”, “Your” and “Affiliate” means the party, other than Easy Subscription, entering into this Agreement and participating in the Affiliate Program.
- “Commission” is the compensation paid to individual partners or organizations for referring leads who become paying customers.
2. Affiliate Marketing Materials
All affiliate partners will have complete access to marketing resources, including:
- Easy Subscription brand assets
- Product introduction with key-value propositions & competitive advantages
- Support from Partnership Manager
- Access to knowledge bases
3. Affiliate Tracking
Currently, affiliate tracking is managed through Google Sheets. Each partner will receive a separate Google Sheet for tracking purposes. Access to this sheet will be restricted to the Partner and their assigned Partner Account Manager.
A dedicated partner portal and will be introduced at a later date, which will enhance tracking capabilities and provide additional features.
Easy Subscription will not engage with a referral lead for 30 days from the start of the affiliate’s interaction. This policy ensures that the affiliate receives full credit for the conversion and that their commission is not affected.

4. Commissions and Payment Method
4.1. Commissions
Easy Subscription offers a 5-tier monthly commission model, payable for all affiliate referrals that successfully convert into paying customers.

- 1-10 converted leads: 20%
- 11-20 converted leads: 25%
- 21-30 converted leads: 30%
- 31-40 converted leads: 35%
- 41-50 converted leads: 40%
- Over 50 converted leads: 50%
For example, if you achieve 9 conversions, you’ll earn a 20% commission on their total billing amount (post-tax). If you secure 3 more conversions the following month, bringing your total to 11, your commission rate will increase to 25% on the total billing amount (post-tax). However, if your lead(s) stop using Easy Subscription services, your commission will revert to tier 1, offering 20%.
There’s no monetary limit on commissions, as long as the referred customer continues to use Easy Subscription as a paying customer.

Commissions will be paid on the 10th of every month.

Commissions will be transferred to your Stripe account or direct bank transfer. Easy Subscription will assume that the email address you used to sign up for the affiliate program is the same as your Stripe account email. If the email linked to your Stripe account is different, please notify us at
partnership@easysubscription.io.
You are required to maintain all affiliate activities and record conversions in a Google Sheet shared by Easy Subscription. Payments will be processed based on the records updated in the Google Sheet by the end of the previous month. For example, payments on September 10th will be calculated based on the total paying customers recorded as of July 31st. Please note that you are solely responsible for any loss of payments if the sheet is not updated on time.
Additionally, a minimum commission of $50 is required for payments to be processed, and Stripe’s fixed fees will be deducted from your payout as applicable.

5. Upgrade and Downgrade of Plan
As outlined in Section 4.1 Commission, your commission is calculated based on the total billing amount (post-tax). If your referred customer upgrades their plan, your commission will increase accordingly. Conversely, if they downgrade their plan, your commission will be reduced.
6. Prohibited Promotional Methods
This section highlights some methods not permitted when promoting Easy Subscription.
Violations of these terms will result in automatic termination, and a final payout will not be released. If you have ideas you are unsure about; you can always contact our Partnership Manager for additional support.

- Promoting Easy Subscription on coupon sites.
- Using paid advertising to promote Easy Subscription without prior approval.
- Misrepresenting and or modifying the branding, products, terms, and image.
- Using the app for personal branding.
- Offering others incentives such as portions of your commission.
- Creating and using email/website domains with our company name, “Easy Subscription”.
- Purchasing ads through services like Google AdWords, social ads, or retargeting ads and using our brand keywords without prior approval.
- Disseminating spam (links, ads, emails, comments… any type of spam). Please respect the posting rules of any 3rd-party websites you use to promote Easy Subscription.
- Pretending to be Easy Subscription
Cloning our site, copying our site, using our copyrighted site assets, and pretending that a site created by you is an official Easy Subscription site is unethical and prohibited (this includes using services that automatically clone websites, or place them into iframes).

7. Promotional Channels and Strategies
Easy Subscription reserves the right to request information from the Partner regarding the channels and strategies used to promote our product. This includes, but is not limited to, details about marketing platforms, advertising methods, and promotional tactics. The Partner agrees to provide such information upon request to ensure compliance with our program guidelines and to facilitate effective collaboration.
8. Emails
As an Affiliate, you agree to receive communications from Easy Subscription, which will include:
- News and updates relevant to promoting our product
- Surveys and questionnaires to gather feedback on your Easy Subscription experience and suggestions for app improvement
- Time-sensitive information that can only be used for promotion after the specified date and time.
9. Ongoing Partner Engagement
Our Partner Relations Team will support the partner throughout their entire journey with Easy Subscription, starting from initial app introduction and training, and continuing through ongoing support and business development. Our aim is to help you achieve maximum business potential.
10. Modification
Easy Subscription reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this Affiliate Program at any time, at our sole discretion. Should any changes be made, you will be notified via email.
Modifications may include, but are not limited to, alterations in payment procedures and changes to the Easy Subscription Affiliate Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole option is to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program. Continued participation after the posting of any changes or a new Affiliate Program Agreement on our site will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

11. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you participate in the Affiliate Partner Program, until it is terminated. The affiliate program will be automatically canceled if an affiliate fails to generate a single converted lead within any 90-day period. If there are no conversions in a 90-day window at any point during the program, the program will be terminated.
11.2 Termination
We reserve the right to revoke Affiliate status before and after being approved for any reason or choose whether to provide an explanation or reason to revoke Affiliate status. Your Affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Unrecognizable profile & Unreliable business (name, website, etc.)
- Inappropriate websites or advertisements on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
- Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Failure to disclose the Affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- Violation of intellectual property rights, i.e. using our logos without permission.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or another form of promised kickbacks from your Affiliate commission as an incentive.
- The Affiliate promotes on websites that we do not believe are aligned with our industry or business may be rejected.
12. Significant notes
Accepting these terms and conditions provides your nonlegal agreement to abide by them. By registering and being approved as an Affiliate in our Affiliate program, you agree that your commissions are subject to approval before they are accepted and subsequently paid.
The Affiliate relationship does not represent a professional or formal agreement, and as an Affiliate, you are not an employee of Easy Subscription. You agree that this is not a legally binding relationship and, as a result, may not take legal action against Easy Subscription.
